January 30th- 3 mile weight loss walk with 3lb weights and the 2 mile walk diet workout
January 31st- I ended this month with 25 minutes of strength training exercises. I used my exercise ball and 5 lb hand weights. I even did 200 squats!

Total for month of January- 50 miles
**In the past my monthly exercise goal has been 100 miles. As you can see, I fell very short of that. I will definately do better in February! Watch out world, Stephanie is gonna be HOTTT!!** |
