    February 3rd- I did 15 minutes of a Richard Simmons video, and then I remembered why I stopped doing
                              them. I don't like them at all! 
    February 4th- Nothing tonight
    February 5th- 10 minutes of a new exercise dvd
    February 6th- Nothing
    February 7th- 2mile fast start WATP interval training dvd
    February 8th- 30 minute BL workout, and 10 minutes of a dance workout dvd
    February 9th- Nothing
    Total for week 6--- 95 minutes=6miles

    February 11th- 30 minutes of cardio max BL dvd, and 30 minutes of power sculpt BL dvd
    February 12th- I did the BL challenge today, and 30 minute power sculpt with Jillian
    February 13th- 30 minutes of cardio max dvd, and 30 minutes of power sculpt
    February 14th- Nothing! Happy Valentine's Day!!
    February 15th- I did the 2nd day of the BL challenge today 
    February 16th- I did both of my BL workouts and the final day of the BL challenge. Did you do it?

    January 29th- I had a migraine, so nothing to report :(
    January 30th- 3 mile weight loss walk with 3lb weights and the 2 mile walk diet workout
    January 31st- I ended this month with 25 minutes of strength training exercises. I used my exercise                 ball and 5 lb hand weights. I even did 200 squats!
    Total for week 5--- 8 miles
     
    Total for month of January- 50 miles
     
    **In the past my monthly exercise goal has been 100 miles. As you can see, I fell very short of that. I will definately do better in February! Watch out world, Stephanie is gonna be HOTTT!!**
